The game feels the same. The difference is in the customization, or lack there-of. In LPB: Karting the kart bodies are uneditable. This wouldn't be an issue if you could paint over or add accessories to your kart. Painting a kart is a pain, because you have to use stickers that wrap around the kart (unevenly).
