Look, when I subscribe to a mod and download it, the mod files go to my workshop folder (D:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\637650) When this happens, if I check my mod folder (C:\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XV\Steam\id\mod) there is still only the binmod.list file there which is BLANK when I try to open it.

Say yes. To uninstall this mod copy the "character" folder from Royal Arms Default\default into the directory: FINAL FANTASY XV\datas. It should ask you if you want to overwrite 13 files. Say yes. Be aware that in a few game locations (noteabley Malmalam Thicket) the royal arms may appear gold instead of red. 4K textures not yet supported.
